“Mornings on Mainstreet” to Focus on Promoting Stuart’s Historic Downtown May 23rd
McCarthy, Summers, Bobko, Wood, Norman, Bass & Melby, P.A. Team with the Historic Lyric Theatre to Host Bi-Monthly Downtown Revitalization Breakfast
STUART, FL – May 6, 2025 – Stuart Main Street is pleased to announce the popular Downtown Stuart networking breakfast, “Mornings on Main Street” is coming to the historic Lyric Theatre on May 23, 2013. “Downtown Cultural Ambassador,” Ron Hart will speak about the events, advertising, and social media that go in to keeping Downtown Stuart in the minds and hearts of locals and visitors alike. Hart is a member of both the Stuart Main Street and Downtown Business Association of Stuart boards and serves on the organizations’ joint downtown promotion committee.
Plans to expand the Riverwalk boardwalk and the Old Downtown Waived Parking District will also be on the agenda. Riverwalk designer, Mike Houston, will speak about the waterfront access project. Seminole Street property owner, Mike Braid, will address the economic development component of the project and how it will affect business use of properties on Seminole Street.
“Mornings on Main Street” is hosted by Stuart Main Street, a non-profit community membership organization that focuses attention on the downtown corridor and making it user friendly and fun. The FREE networking and social breakfasts are a Downtown Stuart “must attend” with real information on current topics and an opportunity to meet like-minded people with a shared concern for downtown – plus breakfast from our local businesses. This month’s breakfast is sponsored by McCarthy, Summers, Bobko, Wood, Norman, Bass & Melby, P.A., Attorneys at Law. Coffee and a light breakfast from Stuart Coffee Company will be featured.
